Ryan Bean

Ryan Bean is a Yoga Instructor RYT500, Certified Wim Hof Method Instructor, Breathwork Facilitator, Meditation and Mindfulness Trainer and Retreat Leader.  Ryan is also the host of a mindful topics based podcast; “Life As An Observer”. Ryan received his yoga training at the foothills of the Himalayas in Rishikesh, India. Ryan teaches many styles and modalities from the powerful flow of Budokon Yoga, to a gentle trauma informed and sensitive practices.  Incorporating Meditation and Pranayama (breath work) into each practice.  Ryan is passionate about being in nature and. using holistic approaches toward healing the mind, body and soul.  Ryan brings a unique style, incorporating the traditional, spiritual practices, new breath work techniques, and live music with the playful and creative practice. Ryan‘s classes and workshops are a mixture of spiritual, playful, and safely guided to help you grow and evolve into the you, you know you can be.
