Lindsey grew up near the city Chicago, and has been dancing since the age of three. She graduated from the University of Iowa as a four-year member of the Iowa Dance Team, with a B.A. in English and Minor in Dance Studies. Lindsey began her professional career sailing with Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines as a dancer and aerialist, and eventually settled in Las Vegas performing nightly in shows along the strip. Her passion for health, fitness, and Pilates have always worked hand in hand with her dance career. Lindsey decided to pursue her goal of becoming a PMA Instructor by completing the 450-hour comprehensive certification. With credentials in Pilates, Barre, and technical dance training, she strives to increase strength, flexibility, and control while maintaining a positive and an upbeat environment.
